PROCEDURE
Ø Application submission is required in person
Ø No appointment is required in advance, however, a call to the Visa Department is advisable in order to insure the type of visa you require is issued by the London Embassy, and that you satisfy all requirements to support your application.

Applications must be made between 9.30am and 1.00pm Monday to Friday
(except on
Ø Passport collection is between 1.30pm and 2.30pm

REQUIREMENTS
1-Passport (three month minimum validity and its type being recognised by the UAE)
2- One (1) photograph
3-Letter from applicant’s company/organisation (with an extra copy) stipulating position held and purpose of visit to the UAE
4-Proof of sponsorship (normally in the form of fax), which also needs to be
sent by the sponsor to the Embassy’s direct fax: +44 207 581 9616, telex:
918459, cable: EMARAT
5-Please note that application forms are not obtainable through post or agencies and are, therefore, only available at the Embassy
6- Fee are as follows
| Short entry (visit) for 1 (one) Month | £100.00 |
| Long entry (visit) for 3 (Three) Months | £200.0 |
| Multiple Entry visa | £400.00 |
No alternative means of payment are acceptable
7-Particulars of the sponsor: name, address, telephone number and occupation (or business activity if a company)
PERIOD OF VALIDITY
Visitor’s visa endorsed in the passport is valid for the travel within 2 (two) months from the date of issue.
PASSPORT COLLECTION
Minimum of 24 hours is required to process visa application, however, allowance should be made for possible approval procedure delays. Therefore, application well in advance of the trip is strongly advisable.
MULTIPLE ENTRY VISAS
Multiple entry visas are only issued in very special circumstances. In case of visa being arranged by a sponsor, the request for multiple entry visas should be pointed out clearly.
